  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been received, and a follow-up with tracking details once it has shipped.

2. Delivery Options & Timeframes

🇦🇪 UAE (Domestic):

  • Standard Delivery: 1–3 business days
  • Same-day delivery may be available for select locations (subject to availability and extra fee).

🌍 International Shipping:

  • GCC countries: 3–7 business days
  • Worldwide: 5–10 business days (depending on the destination and customs clearance)

Please note that international delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs or courier delays.


3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
  • Free shipping may be offered for orders above a certain value (check homepage banners or promotions).

4. Packaging & Product Care

All our products are carefully packed with protective materials to maintain quality and freshness. We may include cold packs for heat-sensitive items, especially during warmer seasons or for long-distance deliveries.

  • Selected international destinations

6. Delivery Issues

Fix Dessert Chocolatier is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer
  • Customs duties or import taxes (for international orders)

Please ensure your delivery information is correct before placing an order. If an order is returned due to incorrect details, a reshipping fee may apply.
