Perishable Product Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns once an order has been shipped and delivered. All sales are considered final. However, we are committed to ensuring a positive experience and will address genuine concerns as outlined below.
Eligible Issues for Refund, Replacement, or Store Credit
We may offer a replacement, partial refund in 7-14 days time , or store credit if one of the following applies:
- You received the wrong product or an incomplete order.
- Your order arrived damaged (e.g., melted, broken, or spoiled) due to shipping conditions.
- There is a quality issue that clearly deviates from our standard.
To qualify for resolution, please contact us at info@fixdessertchocolatier.nl within 48 hours of delivery, including:

- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photographs showing the product condition and packaging
Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot issue refunds or replacements for:
- Orders not collected or received due to customer absence or incorrect shipping details
- Slight variations in product appearance due to the handcrafted nature
- Delays caused by courier services, weather, or customs processing
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of placement. After this window, preparation begins, and cancellations cannot be accepted.
